Saskatchewan: Branch Offices

BRANCH OFFICES
Local registrars began 1918 for temporary licenses only, one for
each judicial district.  Number of offices increased as follows:
1918 - 18, 1919 - 30, 1920 - 41, 1921 - 43.
Starting 1/31/1931, agents authorized to issue plates also.
